Saudi Services for Electro Mechanic Works Co., Ltd. was established in 1397H (1976G) under the name of Saudi Swiss electro Mechanic Works Co., Ltd. In 1401H (1981G) it became wholly owned by Messrs. Rashid Abdul Rahman Al-Rashid & Sons Company, Abdullah Saad Al-Rashid, Abdul Rahman Saad Al-Rashid and Engineer Rashid Saad Al-Rashid, (owners of Al-Rashid Trading and Contracting Company). Since established, the company was able to execute enormous projectrs in water & power generations, transmissions & distribution, substations, water treatment plants, pumping stations and all electrical & mechanical works related to industrial including housing & commercial projects. The company, by the Department of Classification, has been classified into the electrical and mechanical works first category.
