Heating, Ventilation, and Air Condition (HVAC) / MEP / Fire and Life Safety / Information and Communication Technically (ICT) and Instrumentation Control System (ICS) Building Management System (BMS) systems. Backup Generators: 100% backup power supply in four bays External Fuel Storage for LC3 generators External Fuel storage for LC2 boiler located on the LC2 site A diverse resilient ring configuration of 13.8KV cables including procurement, installation, connections, testing and commissioning from SEC 132/13.8kV Substation in SEC Compound adjacent to LC3 to the MV distribution panel boards inside LC3 in accordance with SEC standards, requirements including coordination requirements. diverse resilient ring configuration concrete encased coordinated duct bank system with manholes for MV, Low Voltage (LV), Extra Low Voltage (ELV), ICT and ICS systems to LC2, T5 Supply Building (T5SB), T3/T4 (future), SCAHC, T2,TL2 (future), ATC, Mosque, Royal Terminal and Airport Operations Center (AOC). For AOC, the scope only includes ICT and ICS duct banks and manholes. All civil work including the site embankment.
